The "Young Bartender of the Year 2024" competition will be held on November 13 as part of "Alles für den Gast" 2024 and is organised by the offices of BMBWF.
12 schools and a total of 24 students from Austria face exciting mixology challenges.

- Welcome and opening
- 9:45 am to 12:30 pm
- Preparation of a standard drink in a shaker
- Presentation of the drink, the ingredients used or the mixed drink group
- Electronic LMS knowledge check
- 12:30 p.m.
- Announcement of the 6 finalists
FINAL
- 13:10 to 15:00
- Presentation of the shopping basket and creation of the drink with matching garnish
- 14:15 to 15:35
- 3 rounds - preparation of drinks for 2 people with presentation and discussion
- 16:00 Uhr
