"Compote Complot" patisserie competition

The sweet world of patisserie. Trade visitors can look forward to the finale of the first-ever "Compote  Complot" competition on 10th November. On November 9 and 11 master classes are to be held with renowned patissiers, providing an ideal opportunity to learn more about the art of confectionery.
